Ordering + Payment

Can I purchase Nuevo products directly on the website?

If you have a trade account with Nuevo, you can purchase through our website. If you do not have a trade account, you can register here.

What Is Nuevo’s order cancellation policy?

All cancellations or changes to orders must be received by email up to 24 hours prior to order ship date, or as approved by management.

Shipping + Delivery

Is Nuevo sold internationally?

Yes. To find a sales representative in your area visit our Find a Rep page.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

Nuevo is able to ship in-stock products within 48 hours of purchase. Nuevo cannot guarantee the ship date of an order. The delivery date is dependant on the carrier. Should a customer require an exact delivery date, they must clearly outline what is required to a Nuevo representative and an additional fee will be charged to the customer from the carrier for this service.

What is Nuevo’s return policy?

If you purchased directly from Nuevo please see our Return Policy. Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.

I purchased a Nuevo product from a retailer, and have an issue. What should I do?

If you have an issue with a Nuevo product, please contact the retailer or designer you purchased from and we will work with them to resolve the issue.

When will I receive a credit for a returned item?

Returns are completed once the item reaches our Distribution Centre. Following the return and inspection process you will be contacted by Customer Care regarding the timeline of your credit memo.

Where is your furniture designed?

Nuevo is a Canadian company. All of our products are designed in our Toronto studio. We source the highest quality materials and work with the best manufacturers from around the world.

Does Nuevo work with designers?

Nuevo works with accredited designers. Please visit our registration page if you would like to work with us.
